The aims and objectives of this service is to manage the performance of our customers soft-switches, voice gateways on various destinations, billing servers, SIP servers etc. If some carriers on some specific destinations are performing at a low ASR’s then our proactive NOC Engineers make a route change in the routing algorithm based on the sales directives and open a Trouble Ticket and get the issue resolved in a specific time frame with the respective Carrier in question.
